Investment Scams Alert:

Investment scams frequently impersonate financial firms, advisors, executives, custodians, regulators, or technology platforms. Be cautious of unsolicited messages, social-media outreach, private chat groups, fake websites, guaranteed-return claims, pressure to act quickly, or requests to move money to a new account without independent confirmation.

Skyworks does not solicit investments through social media, public messaging apps, or unverified links. We will not ask you to disclose one-time codes, authenticator codes, passwords, private keys, full account credentials, or session links through phone, text, ordinary email, or social media.

Common Fraud And Online Threats:

Common threats include phishing emails, text-message scams, voice impersonation, business email compromise, fraudulent wire instructions, malware attachments, fake login pages, QR-code redirects, identity theft, and account-takeover attempts against the email address used for passwordless access.

Treat messages as suspicious when they create urgency, threaten account closure, promise unusual returns, ask you to bypass normal secure workflows, request confidential documents through an unfamiliar link, or contain sender addresses, phone numbers, domains, or formatting that do not match known Skyworks communications.

Tips To Stay Safe Online:

Type known website addresses directly into your browser or use saved bookmarks. Confirm payment instructions and changed contact details through a trusted phone number or previously verified channel before acting. Do not rely only on contact details included in an unexpected message.

Protect the email account tied to Skyworks with a unique password, a reputable password manager, and authenticator-app multi-factor authentication. Do not share email codes or authenticator codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Skyworks.

Keep your browser, operating system, and mobile devices updated. Avoid installing remote-access tools, browser extensions, or mobile apps at the request of an unsolicited caller or message sender.

Reporting A Concern:

If you receive a suspicious message or believe a Skyworks communication may be fraudulent, contact [email protected] through a new email thread. Include the sender, time received, requested action, and screenshots or message headers when safe to provide.

If you believe your email, device, or Skyworks access has been compromised, secure the affected account first, then contact Skyworks through a verified channel. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or full account credentials by email.
